PLAYER WAIVERS

For the safety of our players we require every tournament participant to fill out a player waiver. Players must be invited by their coach/team manager to complete the online waiver. To the right you will find the steps that need to be completed when inviting team players. Please email info@mylacrossetournaments with any questions.

How to invite players to register for your team:

Log in to your MLT League Apps HERE.
Once logged in, navigate to the Dashboard and scroll down to your specific team.
Click on "..." under ACTIONS.
Click "Manage Roster" – an email with the registration link will be sent to your players.
Please ensure all players complete their registration as soon as possible to avoid any delays. S
