Summer 2021 One Percent Showcase Dates Announced
The first two editions of the One Percent Showcase were a major hit in 2020. The best uncommitted players in the 2021 class, as well as the top players in the 2022, 2023 and 2024 classes, made the One Percent a must-attend on their schedule.
2021 will be even bigger and better. The One Percent Showcase is excited to announce that it will hold 2023 and 2024 divisions on July 6, followed by a 2025 division on July 7. All classes will play against their own grade.
“We were incredibly pleased with the high-end talent and depth of both the October and December One Percent Showcases, and we think it’s clear that the event has already established itself as one of the premier showcases in the country,” One Percent co-founder Matt Chandik said. “The One Percent is where the best players in the country come to play, and the competition is going to be even better this time around.”
College coaches will lead each team, and every team plays three games with four 12-minute quarters after a college-style practice to open the day. Each player receives a T-shirt, shorts and a jersey.
There will be a heavy emphasis on media coverage of the players before, during and after the event. Every player receives an evaluation from the showcase’s evaluation squad, as well as a piece of social content (photo or video) for their page.
This event is invitation only. All-Stars from 2020’s 2023 and 2024 events do not need to apply as they will receive an automatic invitation. Click the links below to apply for the One Percent Showcase.
