Lacrosse is back this spring!

It’s time to get back on the fields, and My Lacrosse Tournaments has you covered with three exceptional team events and two standout showcases.

The Spring Season Launch kicks the party off on March 20-21 at the Capelli Sports Complex in Tinton Falls, N.J. The event is open to boys and girls teams from the 2022 through 2030 divisions. March 21 also features the Run With The Best Showcase at Capelli, with elite boys in the 2022, 2023 and 2024 classes competing.

The Spring Lax Jam is the star of the April show as it welcomes exceptional boys and girls youth teams from the 2025 through 2031 age groups to Capelli on April 24-25. It’s followed in May by the Tristate Invitational, another boys and girls youth event, this time for 2024 through 2031, at the Blue Sky Polo Club in Middletown, N.Y.

The inaugural Tar Heel State Showcase caps the spring season at the WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, N.C.. The South’s top 2022s, 2023s and 2024s will battle it out at a pristine venue.
